Antonio José de Castro Bagão Felix (born 9 April 1948 in Aveiro, Portugal) is a Portuguese economist and politician.

Antonio José de Castro Bagão Felix obtained a university degree in Finance from the Technical University of Lisbon's ISEG, formerly known as ISCEF (1970), and a diploma in management by INSEAD (Fontainebleau, 1995).
Additionally he served in various public institutions and social organizations.
Teaching in higher education:
Politically in the military, Social Democratic Party and People's Party and has been called the functions of government, more than once. He was Secretary of State for Social Security in the VI, VII and Government VIII; the XI Government Constitutional (1987–1991) was Secretary of State for Employment and Vocational Training, then, was Minister of Social Welfare and Labor in the Government XV and Minister of Finance and Public Administration at the Government XVI. He also occupied the post of deputy to the Assembly of the Republic, elected by the Association of London (1983–1985), deputy to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and member of its Committee on Social Affairs and Health, in the same years.
He is the author of several books and joined the editorial boards of journals such as Citizenship, New Labor, Company, Hyphen Magazine, and Public Health, He is a columnist in several newspapers such as Express, Economic Daily, Public, Weekly, The Ball, among others, participate in radio program Board in Antena1.
